Hi I’m Francesca and I’m Live Love Perform’s new Business Manager 👋 Some of you may have seen me at classes recently taking photos and video footage to use on our social media platforms!
We have some very exciting news to share with you all - Live Love Perform is putting on its very first theatre performance!!
Details
Our Summer Showcase 2022 will be held on Sunday 10th July (the show beginning at 4pm) at Dorking Halls. This is a fantastic opportunity for all our students to show off their hard work and to take to the big stage!
Each person will need to pay £20pp to take part in the show. This fee covers costs including theatre hire, costumes, props, and accessories. Please note - for the finale, all performers will be required to wear their black Live Love Perform t-shirt, black leggings or joggers and black shoes. If your child is currently one of our ballet students and does not own a t-shirt, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a t-shirt.
Tickets
Tickets will be £7.50 and will be available to purchase directly from Live Love Perform. Currently we will be reserving 2 tickets for each child. There will be a small amount of extra tickets that will be available on a first come first served basis. Please contact francesca@liveloveperform.co.uk to purchase tickets and confirm any additional tickets.
Photography
We have a photographer capturing the dress rehearsal and a videographer filming the showcase itself. If you do not want your child to be photographed/filmed, please make sure to tick the box on the confirmation slip and please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding the media recording of the showcase.
Photographs will be available to purchase via the Live Love Perform website from the 18th July. USB sticks with the full recording of the showcase will also be available to purchase, at £10 each. Please state the quantity of the USB sticks you would like to purchase on the form.
If your child would like to perform on Sunday 10th July, in our Summer Showcase, please ensure £20 is paid by Friday 8th April. Please note if participation is not confirmed by this date, we cannot guarantee your child’s involvement in the showcase.
