    • Your email address(es)
    • Opinions/queries/feedback, depending on the context of the data capture form.

    • Your email address(es)
    • Opinions/queries/feedback, depending on the context of the data capture form.

How And Why We Use Your Data?

We only collect the data about you that is absolutely essential. It is important, given the vulnerable nature of our clientele, that we collect reasonable contact details from parents or guardians, to be able to make prompt contact with them in the event of an emergency for any reason.

To meet our contractual obligation to you as a customer, we will use your email address and mobile number to:

As per your rights under data protection law, you can change how we use your data and request that we do so by emailing hello@liveloveperform.co.uk, but please remember that some changes may result in us not being able to fulfill our contractual obligation to you. For example, requesting that we delete your contact details, we result in us not being able to deliver our services to you, since we’d not be able to contact you.

Only Live Love Perform staff or duly authorised sub-contracted staff or volunteers can access or view your personal data – and only under legitimate business interests.

Direct Marketing And Opt-Out

Aside from our legitimate interests - where we would contact you about classes/bookings you’ve specifically contacted us about - we may occasionally contact you with what we deem to be relevant marketing communication. We would only ever do this, if you’ve explicitly opted-in for this communication during your booking process with us (through ClassForKids), or if we’ve asked you explicitly, either in-person or electronically (through a Mailchimp/Survey Monkey-provided data-capture form).

If you no longer wish to receive this type of communication with us, please either:

  • Email hello@liveloveperform.co.uk and expressing your wish
  • Clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of these marketing communication emails.

Internally, we use strong passwords, and multi-factor authenticiation when provided to ensure our access to these third-parties is as secure as possible.

How Long Will We Keep Your Data?

We only keep the data you’ve provided to us for as long as is necessary, in order for us to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, as well as fulfilling our other legal basis', such as our legal obligation and our legitimate interests.

Contractual Obligations

For the purposes of our contractual obligations, we will keep yours and your child(ren)s core personal data (name, contact details, medical information) for 6 months from the point (whichever comes last):

  • your children have not attended any of our classes/holiday camps/workshops, or
  • you have ceased any sort of communication with us; personal, electronic, etc

We can remove your details via Live Love Perform’s Class4Kids installation at any time - to request to have your details removed, please email us at hello@liveloveperform.co.uk or contact Class4Kids at support@class4kids.co.uk.

For the purposes of our legal obligations, we will keep your financial data for up to 6 years, after you cease activities with us.
